Your Clients' Data Is Yours Alone
PRAXINGO encrypts data so that even we cannot read it. Not because we don't want to — but because it's technically impossible.
The same encryption is used by banks and military systems.

On the left: what you see on screen — on the right: what's stored on the server.
All sensitive data is encrypted before it reaches the server. Not even our sysadmin can see the original data.
How Does It Work? (3 Simple Steps)
No technical knowledge needed — the system handles everything automatically.
Enter Your Password
When you log in, enter your encryption password. A unique key is derived from this password and exists only on your device.
Data Gets Encrypted
All client data — name, email, notes, drawings — is encrypted on your device before reaching the server. Only unreadable character strings are sent to the server.
Only You Can Read It
When you open a client's file, your browser decrypts the data with your key. No one else can see it — not even us.
Face ID & Touch ID
Don't want to type your encryption password every time? Use your fingerprint or face for quick unlock.
- Face ID support on iPhone and iPad
- Touch ID support on MacBook and iPad
- Just as secure as a password
- Can be toggled on/off in Settings
Unlock Encryption
Use biometric authentication
or enter your encryption password
Multi-Layer Protection
Your data isn't protected by a single lock — six security layers keep it safe.
Stored Encrypted
Data never exists in readable form on the server. Even if someone breached the server, they'd only find unintelligible character strings.
Only You Can Unlock It
The encryption key is derived from your password. We don't store it on the server, we don't send it anywhere. Without your password, no one can access it.
Face ID & Touch ID
No need to type your password every time. Unlock with your fingerprint or face — just as securely.
Recovery Key
At registration you receive a recovery code. If you forget your password, use it to set a new one. Keep it somewhere safe!
Auto-Lock
If you don't use the system for 15 minutes, it automatically locks. No one else can access it if you leave your computer.
Password Change
You can change your encryption password at any time. All your data is automatically re-encrypted with the new key.
Exactly What Data Is Encrypted?
Everything relating to your clients — stored encrypted.
Frequently Asked Questions
The most common questions about encryption, answered clearly.
We know your login password (that's how you sign in). But your encryption password never leaves your device — it generates the key that protects client data. So even if someone breached the server, your clients' data would still be safe.
At registration you received a recovery key. You can use it to set a new password. If you've lost that too, the encrypted data unfortunately cannot be recovered — that's the whole point, so no one except you can access it.
Your device's biometric sensor (fingerprint or facial recognition) securely stores the encryption key. So you don't need to type your password every time, while security remains at the same level. You can toggle it on/off in Settings.
No. End-to-end encryption (E2EE) means data is encrypted on your device. It never exists in readable form on the server. We only see the encrypted, unreadable version.
A new encryption key is generated from your new password, and all your data is automatically re-encrypted. The process runs in the background — you just need to remember the new password.
